Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (a "Detailer," "you," or "your") and Thynk Solutions, doing business as Thynk Detailing ("Thynk," "we," "us"), a company based in Torrance, California. They govern your use of the Thynk Detailing app and related services (the "Service"). By building an app, activating a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Thynk Detailing is a white-label booking, membership, and rewards app built for mobile detailing and similar service businesses. It lets you take online bookings, run a prepaid membership program, run a points/rewards program, and manage your customers — all under your own business name and branding.

The Service may connect to third-party tools to operate — including Stripe (for payments to you) and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (for back-office CRM and calendar syncing). Your use of those tools through our Service is also subject to their own terms.

2. Building your app is free

You can build and explore a full working version of your app at no cost and with no payment required. In this free state, your app is fully yours to set up — pricing, hours, branding, menu — but customer-facing booking, the rewards program, and memberships stay switched off until you activate.

3. Activating the paid plan

  • $97/month, $0 setup fee, billed through our payment provider's checkout.
  • Activating turns on live booking, rewards, and memberships for your customers.
  • You can cancel anytime — see our Refund Policy for how cancellation and refunds work, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • We may offer optional paid upgrades (such as a $497/month tier with additional AI features). Those are opt-in and separately priced; nothing is upgraded without your action.

4. Your account and your business

You're responsible for:

  • Giving us accurate information about your business and keeping your account credentials secure.
  • The prices, policies, hours, and offers you set inside your app — those are yours, not ours.
  • Complying with the laws, licensing, and insurance requirements that apply to your own detailing business. Thynk is a software provider — we don't operate your business or supervise the services you deliver to your customers.
  • Your relationship with your own customers, including how you handle their bookings, complaints, and refund requests for services you provide them.

5. Payments from your customers

When your customers pay for a membership or a detail through the app, that payment goes through Stripe Connect directly into your own connected Stripe account. Thynk is not a party to that transaction, does not take a cut of it, and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or refunds between you and your customer — those are between you and your customer, governed by the terms you present to them at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; harass, deceive, or defraud anyone; resell or white-label the Service itself as your own software product; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it for any business other than the legitimate one you signed up with.

7. Your data

How we collect, use, and protect information is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available every second of every day, free of bugs, or uninterrupted. We're not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other damages caused by downtime or technical issues, beyond what's stated in Section 10 below.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service or cancel your paid plan at any time — see our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, don't pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

10. No guarantees, limited liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome (revenue, bookings, customer growth, etc.) from using it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thynk's total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know (such as an email or in-app notice). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
