Refund Policy

Effective and last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy covers refunds for the Thynk Detailing $97/month plan that detailers pay Thynk Solutions for. It does not cover payments a detailer's own customers make to that detailer for bookings or memberships — see Section 4 below for how that's handled.

1. Building your app is free

Nothing is charged to build, explore, and set up your app. You only pay once you choose to activate.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you activate the $97/month plan and decide within your first 30 days that it's not for you, contact us and we'll refund every dollar you've paid — no questions asked.

3. Canceling after your first 30 days

You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee and no long-term contract. Canceling stops future billing; we don't provide prorated refunds for the current billing period once it's outside the 30-day window, but you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Payments your customers make to you

Membership payments and one-off booking payments that your customers make are paid directly to your own connected Stripe account — Thynk is not the seller of record for those and doesn't process refunds for them. Refund requests from your customers should go to you, and are handled under the membership terms you present to them at signup (the app shows this to your customers automatically when they join).

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@thynk-detailing.com with your business name and the email your account is under. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
