Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Thynk Solutions, doing business as Thynk Detailing ("Thynk," "we," "us"), collects through the Thynk Detailing app and website, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to detailers who sign up for the Service and to their customers who use a detailer's app to book, join a rewards program, or join a membership.

1. What we collect

From detailers

  • Business info you give us at signup: business name, your name, email, phone, city, and (if you tell us) what tools you were using before.
  • Account info: login credentials, branding, pricing, hours, and other settings you configure.
  • Payment setup info: your connected Stripe account details (we never see or store your bank account or card numbers directly — Stripe handles that).

From your customers

  • Name, email, phone number, and vehicle info they enter to book or join.
  • Booking history, membership status, and points/rewards activity.
  • Payment status for their bookings/memberships (again, card details are handled directly by Stripe — we don't store them).

Automatically

  • Basic technical info needed to run the site and app reliably (like device/browser type and general usage), used only to operate and improve the Service — not sold to advertisers.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service — build and run your app, process bookings, and manage memberships and rewards.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome emails, login links, booking confirmations, receipts).
  • To sync your customer and booking data into your own connected back-office CRM, if you have one connected, so you can manage your business in one place.
  • To provide support when you reach out to us.
  • To improve and maintain the Service, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or your customers' information. We share data only with the service providers that make the Service work, and only as needed to provide it:

  • Stripe — processes payments and payouts.
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — powers optional back-office CRM and calendar syncing for detailers who use it.
  • Resend — delivers our transactional emails.
  • Supabase — hosts our database and application infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Thynk, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that in case you reactivate or as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Your choices

You can update most of your account information directly in the app. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact us at hello@thynk-detailing.com — we'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to what we're legally required to keep (like billing records).

6. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know.
